What makes
Body Evolve Clinic different.
From your very first appointment, you’ll be listened to carefully and assessed thoroughly, not just the site of your pain, but you as a whole person. Your lifestyle, movement patterns, history, and goals all play a part in how we approach your care.
I combine expert hands-on osteopathic treatment with a clear, structured approach to rehabilitation, because getting you out of pain is only half the job. Helping you stay that way is the other half. Treatment is always tailored to the individual. Some people need a few sessions to resolve an acute problem and get back to normal. Others benefit from a longer, more progressive plan. Either way, you’ll always know where you are, what we’re doing, and why. The moment a patient starts to feel better, begins to trust their body again, is the moment that drives everything we do.
Meet Mark Lawrance,
Osteopath & Founder.
Mark founded Body Evolve Clinic with a clear purpose: to provide the kind of care he once needed himself.
As a teenager, Mark struggled with persistent back pain that did not improve despite being active and otherwise healthy. He consulted several professionals, but nothing made a real difference until he saw an osteopath who carefully assessed him and clearly explained what was happening. That experience became the turning point and still shapes how he practises today.
“When you come to see me, I want you to feel genuinely listened to, clearly informed, and confident in the plan we put together. Whether you’ve been in pain for a week or for years, my job is to help you understand what’s happening in your body and give you a clear path forward.”
Qualifications.
Mark holds an integrated Master’s degree in Osteopathy (MOst) from the University College of Osteopathy (formerly the British School of Osteopathy) and is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC 11363). He holds additional qualifications in Medical Acupuncture from The British Medical Acupuncture Society.

He works with patients aged 16 to 95, from weekend warriors and busy professionals to those managing more complex or long-standing conditions. Whatever brings you through the door, the same principle applies. With the right guidance and a clear plan, your body is more capable of recovery than you might think.
Outside the Clinic.
Outside the clinic, Mark stays active, swimming, cycling, and lifting weights are a regular part of his routine.
He’s also a passionate West Ham supporter, which requires a rather different kind of resilience. With a partner and young daughter at home, he understands better than most how hard it can be to prioritise your body when life is busy and why it matters so much that you do.
