Initial consultations are 45 minutes to allow for a thorough assessment. Follow-up appointments are either 30 or 45 minutes long and focused on treatment and progress.
Always. Your care plan is tailored to your body, your lifestyle, and what matters most to you, not a generic protocol applied to everyone with similar symptoms.
It depends on the problem and how long it has been present. Many patients feel meaningful improvement within 2 to 3 sessions. After your first appointment, we’ll give you honest, realistic guidance on what to expect and how long recovery is likely to take.
Some techniques can feel firm, and mild achiness afterwards is possible, particularly after the first session. Treatment should never feel overwhelming though, and everything is always adjusted to your comfort level. Just let us know how you’re feeling, and we’ll adapt accordingly.
We understand how frustrating it is to have sought help and still not feel better. Our approach focuses on identifying and addressing the underlying cause of your symptoms — not simply managing pain in the short term.
We take the time to assess how your body moves, how different areas may be contributing to your problem, and what needs to change for lasting improvement. Treatment is structured, clinically reasoned, and always aimed at long-term results rather than repeated short-term fixes.

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to another patient who may be waiting.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or where a patient does not attend without prior notice, may be charged the full appointment fee. We appreciate your understanding; it helps us keep the clinic running fairly for everyone.
You can book online at any time or contact us directly if you’d prefer. If you’re in acute pain, please let us know, we’ll always do our best to see you as quickly as possible.
